Man, as a woman working in this music business, this video of Kelly Price does so much for my soul because people do not realize how hard it is to stay close with God when you're working in a business that's surrounded by money, sex, drugs & alcohol... Kelly mentions that Whitney was a big sister to her and they kept each other grounded by reminding each other that "Jesus loves you." Kelly states that working in this business has its way of eating at your soul and Whitney constantly reminded her of her foundation in the church.
In this video Kelly Price takes us with her on her journey preparing for her L.A.Grammy event, "For the Love of R&B," where she had the honor to sing with Whitney in what would be her very last live performance.
