 There's a new rap duo popping up on the scene in Atlanta, GA. They go by the name "Eugene" or "We Are Eugene"... This rapping dynamic duo is signed to Arrow Soul recording label. I must say, these young cats have lyrical swagg.. I'm keeping my eye on these two! They are officially on artist watch!
